Yarn

I used Hobby Lobby Baby Bee Adore-A-Ball, a Super Bulky Yarn. The yarn feels like velvet and easy to work with. It is so soft and feels warm and cozy to the skin.

You can use any super bulky yarn if you can’t get this particular yan.

Hook 12 mm

3 shells(6 sts) x 3 rows = 4” x 4” (10 cm x 10 cm)

Abbreviations

Ch - chain

Sc - single crochet

Hdc - half double crochet

Dc - double crochet

Rep - repeat

Ch 50

Row 1: sc in 2nd ch from hook, *hdc in next ch, sc in next ch, rep from * to end, turn (49).

Rows 2-50: ch 1, sc in next st, *(sc, dc) in next st, sk next st, rep from * to last st, sc in last st, turn.

Border

Attach yarn to any of the corners. 

Sc evenly all around the blanket to end working 3 sc in each corner..

Join with slip stitch.


Fasten off and weave in ends.
