Elima Crochet Lace Scarf
Inspiration
Do you love crochet scarves? I do too! Apart from their warmth and coziness, they elevate your outfit and add a touch of elegance. I particularly love long wide scarves as I can use them for decorative purposes, as a blanket, or just because I want to wear a scarf. I believe every woman needs a good scarf in her wardrobe.
I enjoyed making this scarf. The Caron Skinny Cakes yarn I used was great to work with and the pattern was easy and quick to make. The scarf feels soft and although I haven’t worn it for long, I have already gotten many compliments.
I decided to make this scarf widthwise, unlike my other scarves that I have made lengthwise as I wanted more layers of color, which contributed to its elegance. I believe that this made a big difference in the way it turned out. Also this gives you the option of customizing the length as desired.
