Living in the South, I never imagined wearing a chunky beanie. I designed them but never wore them because I did not need them. This was until I went to the Midwest in the wintertime to visit family and after I came from there, I vowed to make one for myself. I just wanted something simple to make yet stylish, and that is how I came out with this Gladys Beanie
This hat helps a lot when I visit again and I feel that I have equipped myself with a chunky heart to face the cold.
This warm chunky hat is part of the Warm My Heart Blog Hop hosted by Susanna of Fosbas Designs and Katarina of Crochet with Frankie Kate.
