Rose’s Simple Visor
Inspiration
I have always admired visors since I was young. I thought it looked so stylish and fashionable especially when you can wear it and let your hair fall off freely. As I was making Rose’s Crossbody Beach Bag this summer, I wanted to make something that I could wear with. It was either a newsboy cap or a visor. Definitely, the visor won. I can finally wear a visor, and even better, the one I designed and made myself.
Yarn
I used Lily Cream n Sugar yarn which is 100% cotton Worsted Weight yarn in Jade Mist (Main Color) and Beach Glass (Contrast Color). I mainly chose this yarn because I wanted the visor to march my Rose’s Crossbody Beach Bag. I have used this yarn before for other projects such as Sarah’s Shopping Bag, Mary’s Market Bag, Shades of Pink Kitchen Towels, and Trinity Kitchens Towels and Potholders and loved it for its sturdiness and texture. You can use any worsted weight yarn and it should be fine.
