Philly Kitchen Towel and Potholder Set
Inspiration
Kitchen towel and potholder for a new year’s resolution? Yes, that is my resolution this year.
As the new year approached, I started thinking of ways to make things better than 2021. I wanted to make small changes that I can stick to and will make a difference in my life as well as other peoples’ lives. I was aiming for changes that I can achieve.
Previously, I have found that when I make big resolutions I barely go a quarter of the way before I give up. So, this year I decided I will start with the paper towel. I want to use as little paper towel as I can, and see how much cash I will save by the end of the year.
I go through so many paper towels per week, and let’s face it, they are not cheap. I am therefore determined to save that money this year and help a kid in need of tuition.
The towel and potholder are part of the New Year Resolution hosted by Fiona of Cosy Rosie UK. The blog hop is composed of other designers with their ideas of their new resolutions. I hope that you will find something in this designs that will make you make some changes in your life or give you an inspiration to do something in your life for the better.
Below are the designers participating in the blog Hop.

The Yarn
I used Lily Sugar n Cream Super Size 100% Cotton medium weight yarn in Jade and Beach Glass colors. I love the yarn because it is thick and soaks up water very well. It is also available in so many colors that if you wanted to make for someone and wanted to march their decor, you are able to find the color.
