Spring Leaves Pillow Cover

Inspiration

I believe that throw pillows always add comfort to your life. Be it sitting on your couch at home watching your favorite show, sitting at your desk at work, driving or riding along, flying, or relaxing by the pool, decorative pillows always help with comfort. I have become so accustomed to decorative pillows around my house that I can’t imagine life without them.

I designed this pillow cover for my sunroom. I wanted something that will reflect nature but still march the sunroom decor. So, I decided to use a leaf pattern to reflect nature and the color to march other decors in the room. This decorative pillow cover has turned out to be one of my favorite things. It is soft and gentle to the skin.

Yarn

I used Herrschners Department 71 Selena Yarn in Cream. This yarn had been sitting in my stash for a while and I thought it would be suitable for a throw pillow. It is soft and gentle to the skin making you feel relaxed as you enjoy the sun or watching your favorite movie. It is a weight 3 yarn. Using any weight 3 yarn that has Mohair, Wool, Acrylic, and Nylon should be sufficient.
